No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey you are welcome here.
Sunday Worship Styles and Times
8:30 AM in Fellowship Hall
10:00 AM in the Sanctuary
Our early service is contemplative and conversational. Communion is served each week.
Our late service is a more traditional liturgy with a sermon and hymns. Communion is served on the first Sunday of every month.
Everyone is welcome to receive communion at Rincon.
The two services are designed to be complementary. You are welcome to join us for either or both services!
See campus map here.
We gather for refreshments and conversation after worship. In the milder parts of the year, we gather in our beautiful prayer garden.
Children are an important part of our community and are encouraged to remain in worship with their families. Books and arts supplies are provided in a special zone of the Sanctuary. A child care provider is on hand to help assist as needed.
What Should I Wear?
We are a diverse group and so are our styles! You will see everything from shorts to an occasional suit jacket. Dress how you feel comfortable. Jesus wore sandals and so do we!
When we serve communion, all are invited to partake. Jesus practices radical hospitality and so do we.
We are a diverse group of people, young and old, male and female, gay and straight. Come and worship with us. You're sure to find someone like you at Rincon.
Our sanctuary is wheelchair accessible. We have wheelchair accessible bathrooms just across the courtyard from the sanctuary.
Hearing assistance devices which work with appropriate hearing aids are available in our sanctuary and our fellowship hall.
We use power point presentations during the worship service to assist with visual comfort. Large print worship bulletins are available.
As a UCC church, we are guided and governed by our entire community. Members are those who are committed to regular attendance and investing in the life of the church in concrete and ongoing ways.
If you are interested in membership please contact our Pastor Seth Wispelwey.
